Legal information
This website has no forms or user accounts. If you contact us by email or by phone, we will process the data you give us (for example, your name, your email or phone number and the content of your message) for the sole purpose of dealing with your enquiry. We do not use it for any other purpose or share it with third parties, except where required by law.
In addition, the server hosting the website may automatically record technical connection data (such as the IP address, date and time and the pages requested) to ensure the security and proper operation of the service.
If you accept the third-party Google Maps map, Google will also process your browsing data on that map under its own policy (see the cookie policy).
The legal basis for processing the data you send us when you contact us is your consent and the application of measures at your request. The server's technical log is based on our legitimate interest in the security of the site. Processing linked to the Google Maps map is based on your consent, given through the cookie notice.
Data from your enquiries is kept for as long as needed to deal with them and, unless a legal obligation requires a different period, is deleted once resolved. Technical server logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.
We do not share your data with third parties. To host the website we use a hosting provider, which acts as a data processor. If you accept the map, Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC processes the data of that embedded content as a controller under its own terms, and may do so on servers located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to correo@golfosbrand.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of a document proving your identity.
If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Reasonable technical and organisational measures have been adopted to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.
